The Gauntlet is a 12 Week Bench Press Program Designed to increase your bench press 40-50 pounds for beginners, 20-30 pounds for intermediate lifters, and 10-20 pounds for advanced lifters. 

The program is split up into three phases designed to help your bench achieve its maximum potential. 

A mandatory part of the program is joining the Bench Clan Forum for accountability and community.
